As a member of IMI you can use your IMI Knowledge Centre username and password to access a wealth of content on the Leadership and HR Toolkits. This content includes videos, audio, case studies, how to guides, exercises, infographics as well as e-learning modules. Every month there is a new banner with a link to a playlist of topical articles. For January the Playlist is about Goal Setting for the New Year. Click on the banner to access the Playlist and browse through the tabs.
The homepage of each toolkit is divided into four sections. Spotlight On matches the articles sent in the weekly email. At the moment these emails are sent out on a Friday. You can only receive the email once you have logged in to the Toolkits. Activity feed displays the content you have recently read. Select Browse All to see more articles in these sections. Related to What You Last Read shows similar articles and finally Recommended For You highlights other content that you may find interesting.
You can also browse through the drop down menus e.g find other Playlists such as IMI Blogs, IMI Podcasts and the IMI Leadership Webinar Series or enter a search term in the main search box to find content on a specific topic e.g Change Management.
