The IMI Lunch & Learn series (previously the IMI Webinar Series) is available through the Leaders Toolkit on the Library Website. The series is part of the yearly IMI Corporate Membership events schedule. Each webinar is under an hour and delivers cutting edge content from thought-leaders and practitioners directly to your desktop.
Members and programme participants can access the complete back catalogue at a time that suits you. This currently totals over 40 webinars going back to 2019. Previous webinars include "Curiosity is the antidote to best practice" with Joanne Parsons, "Resilient leadership: Leading with Strength and Compassion in the Face of Increasing Demands" with Colette Cahalane and "Building Innovative Human-Centric Teams For a New World" with Jay Chopra.
The latest webinar available in IMI Lunch & Learn, entitled "How can you create a compelling strategy that everyone loves" with Padraig Hyland, discusses how companies can create a story and a culture for everyone within the organisation. This culture-based strategy will then help to target new markets. Padraig also discusses how to convince leaders on business-plan proposals and how to win the hearts and minds of personnel to embrace proposed change.
