One of our most popular resources for the last number of years has been the GoodPractice Management and HR Guides. When speaking to participants about the Knowledge Centre resources, I always take the time to discuss these two in particular as the benefits of use are significant.
It is fair to say that print books can be long while journal articles can be quite academic! In contrast, these resources were designed to provide users with simple, easy to digest and on-demand learning across a range of business areas including Coaching, Human Resource Management, Leadership, Management, Organisational Behaviour and Strategy.
We recently replaced the older platforms that you have been used to. This was done for a number of reasons:
- To provide a more innovative and intuitive design
- To provide a much broader range of content across both platforms
- To provide access to a unique and tailored selection of e-learning videos via the 'Management 101' tab
As a result of these upgrades we have also re-branded the Management and HR Guides as Managers' Toolkit and HR Toolkit respectively.
