The library's journals feature articles that cover a huge range of topics relating to business and management, including: leadership, organizational change, negotiation, strategy, operations, marketing, finance, and personnel management.
In the case of most journals you can access every single issue ever published. In total that represents a collection of thousands of full text articles.
Gaining access to the latest issue can be achieved in 3 simple steps:
Step 1:
On the library home page there are three relevant tabbed search boxes. Different journals belong in different databases. The easiest way to proceed, especially if you're not exactly sure where to find a journal, is to search for it under Journal by Title.
Step 2:
The results page will give you a hyperlink to access the publication's page. You will also be able to see the full extent of the library's collection of issues. It should say something like: Your Access: 1922 - present.
Step 3:
Once you've reached the publication's page you will be able to easily find the latest issue or indeed any back issue. You can also search inside a journal to find everything published in it on a particular topic or by a specific author.
