Summon
All of the library’s print, electronic and audio books and open-access journals will appear in a search of Summon, the main search box on the homepage. Use filters and facets along the left side of the results page to narrow your search results. You can access Summon here.
Books & eBooks
You can search the book catalogue directly for print books and eBooks. You can also browse the bookshelves by subject to find relevant material.
E-Journals
Open access e-journals are available to all through the IMI Knowledge Centre Summon Search.
Subscription based e-journals are available to participants registered on UCC accredited courses and can be accessed on the UCC Library website.
Audio Books
In Summon you can use the filters and facets to refine your search results by selecting the content type: audio recording. The record will include a link to download the audio book. You will need the Boundless audio book app to listen to audio books. Android users can download it from Google Play Store. Apple users can download it from the App Store.
Suggest a Book For Purchase
You can suggest a book for purchase if you would like the library to stock it. Include an ISBN if you can. The library will follow up to let you know whether or not your suggestion has been approved and will contact you as soon as the book is available to borrow.
